1. How long is the order processing time ?

A: Products are generally dispatched in 3-4 days depending upon the product you have ordered. We guarantee that our products are worth the wait. You will surely be amazed by the quality and the design that we offer at our price.

2. How do I make an exchange ?

A: Our products go through multiple stages of quality checks, however, if you have received a damaged or defective product, we will send you a replacement. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) along with an image of the damaged/defective product received. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 7 days period.
